About me!

I’m an NLP Practitioner and Life Coach with a wealth of life experience.

As you can see from my ‘Success Story’ I have experienced great success in weight loss, getting fit and moving forward with my life. I am again taking part in Cancer Research’s ‘Race for Life’ on the Knavesmire in York and my husband David will be joining me in Cancer Research’s ‘Race for Life 10k’ at Castle Howard. (any donations to our web pages will be very gratefully received!)

I also took part in the latest ad campaign for Tesco ediets and had the most fantastic time doing the photo shoot with photographer Robert Wilson and the team of makeup artist, dresser & hair stylist. (I still can’t get my hair quiet as good and the stylist only took 15 mins!!!!!!)

As well as having a successful coaching practice I also have a successful business working with small businesses in accounting, driving their businesses forward, motivation and goal setting.

As for my family life, I’ve already mentioned my wonderful supportive husband David (who designed this web site) and I also have 2 son's and 3 step daughters who provide me with constant challenges, joys and a lot of travelling too and from cricket/rugby matches.

As for hobbies I love to run and I love to learn and I love to help people find their true potential.
